iPad File Explorer lets you navigate your iOS's device file system. It is one of those apps that you must have if you are an iOS user. It supports iPads, iPhones and the iPod Touch lineup.
The app displays the storage folders on your device. There is an option to access the Device's file system, but the button was disabled. The main difference between the device file system and the storage folder is that you can't really find all of the files that you might need by only accessing the storage folders.
